Research Summary — This research extends the MATA RAKSHA project by integrating fingerprint biometric authentication, blockchain-based secure vote recording and AI-driven anomaly detection into a unified digital voting framework. The proposed architecture aims to improve election transparency, voter authentication and tamper resistance while providing a scalable solution for secure electronic voting. The paper has received conference acceptance, while the registration and publication decision is currently on hold.
